Insurance

I am paneled with the following commercial insurance companies: Anthem, Cigna, and UHC

 

Helpful Insurance Info:

  • Talk to your insurance provider to ensure that you have behavioral health coverage

  • Ask your insurance provider what your copay (if any) will be

  • What will my deductible be (if any)

Fees

Self-Pay Fees:

  • Initial Assessment: $120

  • Individual Therapy: $100

  • Family Therapy with child: $120

  • Family Therapy without child $110

  • School consultations: $120 per hour of service
